How It Works:
Complete 5 classes a week with a 5-minute quiet meditation each session for 40 days. (Or 30 sessions in 40 days, which ever comes first.) A daily green smoothie is recommended. Additional cleansing packages to add even more benefits to your time of rejuvenation are listed below!

She draws on Buddhism, Taoism, Ashtanga, Meditation and Pranayama in her classes.Saturday 6th will be focusing on Ujayi and its importance in asana practice. Focussing on standing poses and how this relates to the alignment of all poses. Whether an experienced practitioner or new to Yoga, correct alignment is the key to the longevity of your practice.Sunday 7th will be exploring the principles of Yin Yoga and why it is such an important complement to a Yang style practice. It will be an inwardly drawn practice with long held poses and some guided meditation. Following the the path of Qi/Prana around the body and examining its affects on our physical, emotional and mental bodies.COST – $40 for each session or $70 for both
